Soft-Center Chocolate Chip Cookies Melted butter, an extra yolk, and a tray-slam halfway through the bake. Crisp edges, a middle that stays soft. Brown-butter banana bread For bananas that have seen better weeks. Rye flour if I’m feeling fancy.
